First Minister Mark Drakeford has announced Wales will move fully into alert level one from July 17 and said he hoped to maneuver into alert level zero on August 7 if the public health situation allows.
From that date, you'll also have no legal limits around the number of people who are able to meet others indoors, including in private homes. All premises would be able to open and many, although not all, restrictions will be removed.
Mr Drakeford will formally announce the results of the cabinet's review to the Senedd at 3pm followed by a press conference at 5.15pm. There will be live updates during the day here.
Though coronavirus rates in Wales are skyrocketing with 737 better cases announced yesterday bringing the infection rate to 138.3 cases per 100,000 population, deaths and hospitalizations have remained relatively low when compared with other waves because of impact from the vaccine.
