The united kingdom government wants Welsh children to sing 'We are Britain' to celebrate 'One Britain One Nation Day'

The UK government is encouraging schools across the UK to take part in "One Britain One Nation Day" to show "passion for our great nation".

One Britain One Nation is definitely an event set up by Kash Singh, an old officer from Bradford. It lists its aim as being "to produce, a powerful, fair, harmonious and a proud British Nation, celebrating patriotism and respect for those our people".

"OBON day" is scheduled for Friday, June 25, and also the campaign wants children to sing the OBON day 2021 anthem written by children at St John's CE Primary School, Bradford.

It is known as, “we are Britain and we have one dream to unite everybody in one Great Team”, that are also the words of the chorus.

The the UK government's department for education, which has responsibility for schools in England, is attempting to obtain schools in all parts of the UK to take part. Education is a devolved responsibility of the administrations in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast.

"We're encouraging schools across the UK to celebrate One Britain One Nation Day on 25 June, when children can learn about our shared values of tolerance, kindness, pride and respect."

It calls on schools to carry a minute's applause on the designated day – June 25 – and sing the official song or play it with the school's tannoy system.

The official song for the campaign has got the lyrics: "We are Britain and that we get one dream, to unite everybody in a single great team.

"Our nation survived through many storms and lots of wars. We've opened our doors, and widened our island's shores. We celebrate our differences with love in our hearts. United forever, never apart.

"A wide variety of races, standing in the same location. So many different faces, moving in the same pace. All of us stand together with pride in our hearts. United forever, never apart.

"Strong Britain, Great Nation. Strong Britain, Great Nation. Strong Britain, Great Nation. Strong Britain, Great Na-a-tion".

Schools are also asked to dress children in red, white and blue during the day and "allow children to unpack this is of shared values of British Citizenship".
